At Skills4Industry, we are of the opinion that employers are not in the business of providing work-based training to students, because there must be a career-focused curriculum component in every work task performed by students to ensure they understand the skills and purpose of the learning experience. MyYaro Job posting board is used by the Edge and Gantry pathways programs to place students on positions offered by employers through postings on the job site. This allows us to teach the functional responsibilities task skills to ensure our students bring fresh ideas to our employer partner community.

Besides a source of fresh ideas, our students also help employers connect to local communities because through our student’s needs data collection through their containers and the contextualization of learning it supports, our students develop mastery of key community parameters that will prove useful to employers.
Skills4Industry uses digital transformation technology to integrate these services into students communities worldwide.
Every Skills4Industry student is provided an individual container on day one after completion of all enrollment requirements.
