Appropriate treatment of the combined students’ needs and destination data will result in a multidisciplinary pedagogical design capable of addressing the requirements and expectations of the students’ destinations after their education. By combining student needs data with destinations requirements and expectations standards allow teaching to be focused on the contextualization of learning concepts to ensure students are sufficiently familiarized with scenarios of the real-world application of the skills they have acquired. Including the mastery of the Skills4Industry (life skills) that is important for engagement, negotiations, and collaboration required for successful relationship building.
